At Snowboards for Sale, we want you to hit the slopes with total confidence. If your gear isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Carefully place the unused snowboard or equipment back in its original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective wraps are intact.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your box, covering any old shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the gear, we will issue your refund or ship your exchange within 5 business days.
